What each upgrade unlocks
Upgrade levels are bought with Radianite Points once you own the skin. Each level is permanent and stacks on the last.

Premium is the tier most themed collections sit in. Premium skins usually carry upgrade levels and colour variants, along with custom audio and a finisher.
Tier sets the price band and the ceiling on effects, not the art style — a Select skin can look better than a Premium one, it just carries less behind it.
