VALORANT Night Market
A personal set of discounted skins that appears for a limited window each act. Everyone gets a different market, nobody gets a reroll, and no one gets a knife.
How it works
When the Night Market opens, a new tab appears in your store holding a row of face-down cards. Flipping one reveals a weapon skin and its discounted price, and once revealed, that pairing is locked for the rest of the window.
Both the skins and the size of each discount are generated per account. Comparing yours against a friend’s is the whole social appeal of it — and the reason nobody can tell you in advance what yours will contain.
What it can’t contain
The pool is drawn from gun skins your account doesn’t already own. Melee skins are excluded outright, along with the top content tiers — which matters, because of the 1,348 skins in the game, 172 are melee and can never appear here.
That leaves roughly 1,176 gun skins as the theoretical pool, narrowed further by tier and by what you already own. If you’re waiting on a discounted knife, it isn’t coming.
When is the next one?
Riot schedules the Night Market per act and the window moves, so any site quoting you a fixed date is guessing. We don’t publish one for that reason. The dependable signals are the in-client announcement and each act’s patch notes.
Common questions
How does the VALORANT Night Market work?
When it's running, a Night Market tab appears in your store containing a set of face-down cards. Each one flips to reveal a randomly selected weapon skin at a discount, and both the skins and the discounts are personal to your account — no two players get the same market.
Can I reroll the Night Market?
No. Once a card is revealed, that skin and its price are fixed for the whole run. There's no reroll, and closing the game or clearing the store doesn't regenerate the picks.
Are knives ever in the Night Market?
No. Melee skins are excluded, as are the highest content tiers. The pool is drawn from gun skins, which is why a Night Market never contains the item most people are hoping for.
Does the Night Market include skins I already own?
No. The picks are drawn from skins your account doesn't have, so every card is something you could actually buy.
When is the next Night Market?
Riot schedules it per act rather than on a fixed calendar, and the dates move. The reliable signal is the in-client announcement — and the patch notes for each act state the window when it's confirmed.
Is the Night Market good value?
The discounts are real, but the selection is random and skewed toward the lower content tiers. It's worth checking every time because it costs nothing to look, but it isn't a reliable route to a specific skin you want.
