What each upgrade unlocks
Upgrade levels are bought with Radianite Points once you own the skin. Each level is permanent and stacks on the last.

Ultra is reserved for the most elaborate collections. Ultra skins carry the fullest effects packages in the game, often with music, transformations or unique kill behaviour.
Tier sets the price band and the ceiling on effects, not the art style — a Select skin can look better than a Premium one, it just carries less behind it.
